It’s all coming back

In so many ways life really does seem to be getting back to something that feels nearly normal.

Since mid July there have been wedding ceilidhs whether in grand surroundings like the National Liberal Club or private gardens and even large living rooms, there have been Care Home Events with many different themes a Tudor Dance Workshop and various dance club events have been getting going again. There have been Maypole and Morris Dance events with more to come later this month.

Then there are a couple of Oktoberfest German style events and some early Christmas bookings to come. I am also pleased that some groups such as the Townswomen’s Guilds, U3A among others are starting to book me for talks and lecture/recitals on themes old and new.

The mAy team have held a Morris Jig workshop at COAM and look forward to rounding of our first season of collaboration there with lots of Maypole on September 18 and 19 and a welcome to all who want to join in.
