The Green Man project is a woodland celebration of stories, music and dance. It is a mix of traditional folklore and newly-written work keyed into debates on heritage and the environment.
With a nod in the direction of medieval troubadours and Celtic storytellers, Mike’s Green Man is a flexible performer who involves his audience. Shows are adapted for different venues and projects, from wildlife centres and heritage sites to schools and museums.
The Green Man made an appearance, with Deborah Chalmers, at a London Orchard “wassail” event in January.
